Returns & Exchanges

We understand the importance of finding the perfect piece, and your satisfaction is our priority. We offer hassle-free exchange options and a simple return policy. If you return an item, you'll receive a coupon code equivalent to the product's value for your future purchases.

How to Process a Return/Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Request Email us at info@sanoorah.com within 24 hours of product delivery to start your return or exchange. Please include your order number. Alternatively, you can message us on WhatsApp at +91-7736294098.

Our team will respond to your email with return instructions within 48 hours. Please wait for our reply.

Step 2: Prepare and Send Your Product Once you receive our instructions, share photos of the product(s) you wish to exchange or return, along with photos of the tags and your reason for the exchange/return.

For exchanges, please return the product to us at: Sanoorah Fashions, C/O Aslam V S, Valiyakath Kuruppath House, Post Thirunelloor, Thrissur, 680508, Kerala, India

Ensure the product is returned within 7 days with its original, intact packaging, bubble wrap, and the invoice.

Step 3: Receive Your Coupon Code Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a coupon code for the product's value within 5 days. This coupon code is for one-time use, has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance, and can be applied to any future purchase within that period.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you prepaid for your order and choose a monetary refund, please note that a 5% deduction will be made for payment gateway charges, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
