Shipping policy
Shipping Information- At Sanoorah, we understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase in top condition and on time. That’s why we use a large network of couriers to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours.
Depending on your location, your item will be delivered within 7-10 business days once it leaves our warehouse. All items are free shipping with a minimum order. A non-refundable handling fee of Rs. 99/- applies to all orders under Rs. 999/-.
In case of partial cancellation by the customer, Sanoorah reserves the right to charge shipping at Rs.99/-.
If an order is cancelled or lost in transit, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
COD policy
Cash on delivery service is not available.
International Shipping Policy – SANOORAH
We are pleased to offer international shipping for our exclusive range of imitation jewellery and sarees.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
3. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges vary by country, weight, and order value. Final cost will be shown at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.
6. Tracking:
A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
7. Refunds & Returns:
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is damaged during transit. Please contact us with unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery.
